We understand that sometimes you receive an item that is not right for you. If you need to make a return you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
The exception to this is products by EWheels. If any E-Wheels prooduct is returned, the customer is responsible for Outward and Return shipping. This charge is deducted on top of the manufacturer restock fee.
- The item must be in new condition – no damage, no scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
- A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Progress Mobility within 7 days of delivery.

Hygiene Related Items (Bath Safety Equipment, Mattresses, Bed Sheets & Slings) Hospital Bed Mattress Accessories cannot be returned unless received damaged. Any Customized Built Scooter or Power Chair Any Promotional items that are discounted $100 or more from the listed price and a discount code is applied. Any scooters with larger than STANDARD seat are unable to be returned. Products Purchased via Finance are not eligible for a Return (Unless damaged or not operational upon delivery)
Refused Goods: If delivery of an item is refused, outward & return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% manufacturer restocking fee will apply.
Cancellations: Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. Orders cancelled before the item are shipped the customer is entitled to a full refund minus a 4% admin fee if product has to be returned back to stock from loading bay or taken back of the carriers truck.
